About the EuroCup

The EuroCup is the second tier of European club basketball and the express elevator into the EuroLeague: win it, and the champion takes the open EuroLeague slot the following season. Twenty teams, a regular season and a knockout bracket, every Tuesday and Wednesday from October to early May, with tip-offs from 18:00 to 20:30 CET.

The cast rotates more than the EuroLeague does. Hapoel Tel Aviv, Bahcesehir, Cedevita Olimpija, Joventut Badalona, Buducnost, Reggiana, London Lions, Hamburg Towers and a half-dozen Italian, Spanish and German sides cycle through the brackets each year.
