About the LNB Pro A

France's LNB Pro A puts eighteen clubs through a 34-game regular season from late September through June, with a best-of-five playoff that names the French champion.

Monaco, Paris Basketball and ASVEL Villeurbanne carry the modern title fight; Le Mans, Cholet, Nanterre 92, Bourg-en-Bresse and Strasbourg round out a top-eight that turns over more than most European leagues.
